Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent English, written and spoken
Very good Italian, written and spoken
Knowledge of Italian Brokerage Process is an asset
High flexibility for Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday schedules
Ability to lead different teams and processes
Stress resistance
Ability to make decisions under time pressure
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Problem-solving attitude
Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
At least 6-month employment track at current position in UPS
