About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports franchisees within a designated territory throughout their franchise lifecycle
- Collaborates with franchisees to develop quarterly/annual business plans
- Conducts quarterly store evaluations to ensure compliance with brand standards
- Builds relationships, provides training, coaching, and communication to franchisees
- Assists with franchise renewals, ownership transfers, relocations, and new buildouts
- Plans convention style networking meetings to educate and share best practices.
- Identifies and addresses operational and financial issues impacting franchisee success
- Maintains regular communication to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of training requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, Business Consulting, or a related field
- Encourages participation and open communication
- Understands franchise structures and relationships
- Comprehends royalty streams from Franchisee to Area Franchisee to Franchisor
- Demonstrates effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Maintains and applies a broad understanding of financial management principles.
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively and confidently uses digital tools and technologies
- Willing and able to travel as required
- Operates independently with minimal supervision
- Displays dedication to ongoing learning and enhancing knowledge and expertise
- Demonstrates strong time management skills, establishes project goals and objectives, meets deadlines, and ensures quality expectations.
