About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports franchisees within a designated territory throughout their franchise lifecycle
Optimizes revenue by collaborating with franchisees to develop quarterly/annual business plans
Conducts quarterly store evaluations to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures
Builds relationships, provides training, coaching, and communication to franchisees to enhance customer experience and drive growth
Assists with franchise renewals, ownership transfers, relocations, new buildouts, remodels, store placements
Plans convention style networking meetings to educate, set direction, foster engagement, and share best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, Business Consulting, or a related field
Must have strong organization skills, workload management, and heavy attention to details
Experience with multi-unit operations - highly preferred/expected
Understands franchise structures and relationships, franchise products and services, and their impact on corporate profitability
Demonstrates effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Maintains and applies a broad understanding of financial management principles
Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willing and able to travel as required
