About the role
- Develops and manages a portfolio of assigned Business-to-Business clients within a specific geographical area
- Searches and develops potential clients to meet monthly sales targets
- Contacts prospects via telephone or email to gather information and set appointments
- Analyzes customer needs, prepares bids, and presents UPS services
- Focuses on retaining and penetrating active clients in portfolio
- Completes maintenance, problem resolution, and sales management of client portfolio
- Monitors sales through drafting and updating reports and internal systems
Requirements
- Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
- Willing to travel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent (preferred)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., a lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
