About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate new business and manage customer relationships for Mail Innovations’ large accounts
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding established individual sales plans
  • Maintain a strategic partnership with UPS’s Small Package sales team
  • Cultivate key relationships internally and externally to achieve sales results
  • Stay abreast of competitive and industry knowledge to deliver customer solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' mailing operations and leverage UPS solutions
  • Identify areas of opportunity within existing accounts and execute business reviews
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Actively participate in strategic planning and prepare custom proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field - Preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sales, logistics, or account management - Required
  • Strong understanding of direct mail logistics, USPS regulations, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred - Preferred
  • Proven track record of building and expanding enterprise-level client relationships - Required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) - Required
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed - Required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S. - Basic Qualification
