About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate new business and manage customer relationships for Mail Innovations’ large accounts
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding established individual sales plans
- Maintain a strategic partnership with UPS’s Small Package sales team
- Cultivate key relationships internally and externally to achieve sales results
- Stay abreast of competitive and industry knowledge to deliver customer solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' mailing operations and leverage UPS solutions
- Identify areas of opportunity within existing accounts and execute business reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery
- Actively participate in strategic planning and prepare custom proposals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field - Preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sales, logistics, or account management - Required
- Strong understanding of direct mail logistics, USPS regulations, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred - Preferred
- Proven track record of building and expanding enterprise-level client relationships - Required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) - Required
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed - Required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S. - Basic Qualification
