About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assesses brand sentiment on The UPS Store social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
- Assists in the creation, editing, and posting of content across 5,300+ The UPS Store Facebook, Google My Business and Apple Listings.
- Writes and/or edits external and internal communications for social content.
- Assists efforts of agency members and cross-functional teams to ensure successful social media campaign completion.
- Performs editorial and creative reviews of content to ensure deliverables meet The UPS Store brand and style guidelines, as well as defined objectives.
- Communicates with key project stakeholders regularly to provide updates on project status.
- Works and engages with The UPS Store franchise network daily to assist with social media activities and the management of their channels.
- Develops social media training tools for the franchise network.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Possesses a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a social media agency, or corporate in-house social media function.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience and interest in a variety of social media platforms.
- Experience creating social media content for a brand/business.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, internally and externally.
- Experience in editing and publishing web content.
- Knowledge of HTML a plus.
