💰 $105,360 - $184,080 per year

About the role

  • Engages with team members to develop robust account strategies and ensure effective application of sales and negotiation skills.
  • Drives results in key areas of the business plan including profit, revenue growth, people development and reporting.
  • Trains Account Executives (AEs) to review customer information and understand customer account status using DRIVE and other applications.
  • Communicates market trends and competitor information to support the sales team in opportunity development.
  • Uncovers, qualifies and engages with prospects, makes the most of available opportunities, and drives growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or International equivalent - Required
  • Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
  • Willing to travel
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours and provides own vehicle for business.
  • Demonstrates a familiarity with both UPS’s and competitors’ core service offerings
  • Demonstrates negotiation techniques
  • Demonstrates a detailed understanding of supply chain concepts and able to recommend solutions to issues
  • Previous supervisory experience – Preferred
