About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the overall growth strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on profitable growth.
Continuously improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while increasing advertising spend responsibly.
Test creative concepts, audiences, offers, and messaging to maximize performance.
Develop and execute a high-performing content strategy across social platforms.
Create and oversee engaging short-form video content that drives both engagement and sales.
Optimize the Shopify website for conversion and customer experience.
Track key marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience leading growth or performance marketing initiatives
Proven success scaling ecommerce or consumer brands
Strong expertise managing paid advertising across Meta and Google
Experience creating high-performing short-form video content
Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce conversion optimization
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent English communication skills
Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar to create and improve marketing workflows
