About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound efforts across multiple channels
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls 70%, email 15% and LinkedIn 15%)
  • Generate near to 7 - 8 qualified meetings per month
  • Build and manage outbound sequences with automation tools
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts in B2B SaaS Companies
  • Qualify leads based on ICP and business needs
  • Collaborate with leadership and founders on messaging and strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking
  • Continuously optimize outreach performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of SDR experience in a B2B tech sales environment (Big plus)
  • Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales (MUST)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, dialers, and outbound platforms
  • Strong English communication skills (C1+ preferred)
  • Comfortable with high activity metrics and performance targets
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
