About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound efforts across multiple channels
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls 70%, email 15% and LinkedIn 15%)
- Generate near to 7 - 8 qualified meetings per month
- Build and manage outbound sequences with automation tools
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts in B2B SaaS Companies
- Qualify leads based on ICP and business needs
- Collaborate with leadership and founders on messaging and strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking
- Continuously optimize outreach performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of SDR experience in a B2B tech sales environment (Big plus)
- Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales (MUST)
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, dialers, and outbound platforms
- Strong English communication skills (C1+ preferred)
- Comfortable with high activity metrics and performance targets
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
