Key responsibilities & impact- Build, manage, and advance a strategic sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed annual sales quotas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners

- Deliver presentations to HR leaders and stakeholders
- Provide market intelligence to support sales strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years’ experience in employee benefits space
- Strong broker and consultant relationships
- Experience in behavioral health or related industries preferred
- Skilled in prospect qualification and closing complex opportunities
- Ability to articulate clinical and operational value propositions
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
