Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment and using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
  • Equivalent combination of related experience and education
  • Knowledge of and commitment to fostering a work environment that prioritizes diversity, equity, inclusion, racial justice, and belonging
  • Strong alignment with Girl Scouts of Western Washington’s mission and vision
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Conflict resolution, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills
  • Coaching and volunteer support skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, empathy, and follow-through
  • Ability to use technology and navigate systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, engagement platforms such as Rallyhood, and other volunteer support tools effectively
