Requirements
What you’ll need- Three years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment and using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Equivalent combination of related experience and education
- Knowledge of and commitment to fostering a work environment that prioritizes diversity, equity, inclusion, racial justice, and belonging
- Strong alignment with Girl Scouts of Western Washington’s mission and vision
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Conflict resolution, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills
- Coaching and volunteer support skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, empathy, and follow-through
- Ability to use technology and navigate systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, engagement platforms such as Rallyhood, and other volunteer support tools effectively
