About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct sales, business development, and service account management functions for UPM NA merchant partners
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer commitments are met
- Increase internal market intelligence by understanding end-user needs and market feedback
- Create customer satisfaction by exhibiting a drive to exceed customer expectations
- Engage in new business development to include lead generation, qualification, and development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Preferably have paper-related experience
- At least 5 years' sales or similar experience
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Skilled in selling and negotiating and able to think strategically
- Experience with sales and business-related systems and tools (i.e. SalesForce)
