About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct sales, business development, and service account management functions for UPM NA merchant partners
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer commitments are met
  • Increase internal market intelligence by understanding end-user needs and market feedback
  • Create customer satisfaction by exhibiting a drive to exceed customer expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Preferably have paper-related experience
  • At least 5 years' sales or similar experience
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Skilled in selling and negotiating and able to think strategically
  • Experience with sales and business-related systems and tools (i.e. SalesForce)
