About the role
- Drive actions to optimize financial performance.
- Develop and execute reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
- Support refinery management in financial analysis of investment and development projects.
- Monitor, analyze, and report monthly costs.
- Manage budgeting, analysis, and follow-up.
- Ensure an effective internal control and compliance environment.
- Collaborate extensively with finance and business stakeholders to ensure success in the above areas.
Requirements
- You have a university degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance or industrial management) and at least five years of relevant work experience.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English; Finnish and German are considered an asset.
- You have excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with data processing and visualization tools.
- Experience with ERP (S4 Hana) and OneStream is an asset.
