About the role

  • Drive actions to optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and execute reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Support refinery management in financial analysis of investment and development projects.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report monthly costs.
  • Manage budgeting, analysis, and follow-up.
  • Ensure an effective internal control and compliance environment.
  • Collaborate extensively with finance and business stakeholders to ensure success in the above areas.

Requirements

  • You have a university degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance or industrial management) and at least five years of relevant work experience.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English; Finnish and German are considered an asset.
  • You have excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with data processing and visualization tools.
  • Experience with ERP (S4 Hana) and OneStream is an asset.
