Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform HR processes related to Compensation;
  • Manage the personnel budget;
  • Manage fixed and variable compensation;
  • Incentive and award programs;
  • Support HCM systems;
  • Implement meritocracy and utilize retention tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required;
  • Advanced English and Excel skills are mandatory;
  • Previous experience in Compensation and Salary Survey Methodologies (experience with Willis Towers Watson is a plus);
  • Experience in Job Classification and Salary Administration (job descriptions, maintenance of salary tables);
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, SuccessFactors are a plus).
