About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform HR processes related to Compensation;
- Manage the personnel budget;
- Manage fixed and variable compensation;
- Incentive and award programs;
- Support HCM systems;
- Implement meritocracy and utilize retention tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required;
- Advanced English and Excel skills are mandatory;
- Previous experience in Compensation and Salary Survey Methodologies (experience with Willis Towers Watson is a plus);
- Experience in Job Classification and Salary Administration (job descriptions, maintenance of salary tables);
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, SuccessFactors are a plus).
