About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute HR processes related to Compensation.
- Manage the personnel budget.
- Manage fixed and variable compensation.
- Oversee incentive programs and provide support for HCM systems.
- Implement merit-based adjustments and utilize retention tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced English and Excel skills are mandatory.
- Previous experience in Compensation and Salary Survey methodologies (experience with Willis Towers Watson is a plus).
- Experience in Job and Salary structure (job descriptions, maintenance of salary tables).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, SuccessFactors are a plus).
