Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute HR processes related to Compensation.
  • Manage the personnel budget.
  • Manage fixed and variable compensation.
  • Oversee incentive programs and provide support for HCM systems.
  • Implement merit-based adjustments and utilize retention tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced English and Excel skills are mandatory.
  • Previous experience in Compensation and Salary Survey methodologies (experience with Willis Towers Watson is a plus).
  • Experience in Job and Salary structure (job descriptions, maintenance of salary tables).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, SuccessFactors are a plus).
