About the role

  • Work with the Chief Delivery Officer to evangelize and put into operation delivery and project management processes internally.
  • Work with Project Managers, Product Managers, Owners and others to help define the roadmap for any given product or initiative.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify areas of the organisation in need of improvement and help drive that transformation.
  • Champion Uphold vision through leadership, advocacy, and action to improve the company.
  • Move the organisation to clear 'sunset' delivery dates for coordinated product launches.
  • Provide project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Utilize industry best practices throughout the entire project execution.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver projects.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in computer science, design, business or equivalent experience.
  • Comfort working in an agile, fast-moving, iterative software development process.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Ability to be highly effective in a remote-first environment.
  • Significant experience in leading software teams.
  • Effective communication skills; a positive, team player.
  • Fluent written and oral English skills.
