About the role

  • UpGuard’s mission: protect the world’s data by enabling customers to find, acknowledge, and remediate cyber risk using security expertise and software
  • Own the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements and develop effective interview processes
  • Proactively source passive candidates through multiple channels to build robust and diverse talent pipelines
  • Leverage data and key metrics to inform recruiting strategies and provide market insights to stakeholders
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience with timely, transparent communication
  • Maintain strong data hygiene within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborate with the wider People team on employer branding, onboarding, and related projects
  • Drive AI-powered recruiting by using AI and automation tools for talent identification, research, and routine task automation

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Deep expertise in Go-to-Market recruiting (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing)
  • Exceptional outbound sourcing skills and hunter mentality; expert with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques, including company and candidate-based research
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills; ability to build trust, influence, and provide consultative guidance to senior leaders
  • Data-driven mindset; experience using recruitment metrics to track performance and drive decisions
  • Impeccable organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative team-player attitude with high autonomy and a strong sense of urgency in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable working autonomously with core team located elsewhere in a remote setting
  • (Nice to have) Experience scaling companies from ~300 to 500+ employees
  • (Nice to have) Proficiency with modern ATS platforms
  • (Nice to have) Cyber security knowledge and experience
