About the role
- Contribute to defining and implementing the IAM team's roadmap.
- Develop new IAM-related features for both the internal platform and user-facing products.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) on authentication and authorization topics.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Java development (knowledge of Golang is a plus).
- Comfortable with security best practices and a strong understanding of related standards: OAuth, OIDC, JWT.
- Previous experience in a microservices environment.
- Experience working on IAM teams.
- Familiarity with the challenges and patterns associated with using Kubernetes.
- Strong communication skills and empathy. You will interact with various stakeholders at Upgrade to help shape our vision.
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
