About the role
- Lead end-to-end design projects, work closely with engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation
- Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Plan and run user research and usability tests
- Own our design system to ensure efficient delivery of new features
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Collaborate with Marketing on our brand design, ensuring our app and communications feel coherent
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design
- Curiosity for people’s problems, and a drive to figure out best-in-class solutions for them
- Track record of shipping high‑impact product work in B2B or complex workflows
- Ability to express ideas through visuals and prototyping (we use Figma)
- A portfolio that clearly explains context, constraints, your decisions, and impact
- You adhere to our operating principles
