About the role

  • Own execution in HubSpot: campaigns, workflows, scoring models, analytics dashboards, and more
  • Partner with Sales to launch and monitor outbound campaigns using Amplemarket
  • Support SEO and growth experiments: content refreshes, on-page optimization, keyword tracking
  • Maintain and improve our marketing tech stack: Hubspot, make, GA4, Knock AI and more
  • Contribute to broader marketing efforts across brand, PR, AI workflows, and content syndication
  • Explore and integrate AI tools and workflows, create AI agents to increase efficiency, improve targeting, automate manual tasks and generate leads

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Advanced user of HubSpot Marketing Hub (certifications a plus)
  • AI enthusiast who actively looks for opportunities to use AI to improve tools, content, and workflows
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Search Console
  • Technically comfortable with integrations, automation, and light troubleshooting across systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Curious, self-motivated, and excited to build systems that scale
  • Native English speaker or bilingual
