About the role
- Lead development of products end-to-end, from conception through development and rollout
- Perform up-front discovery via user interviews, competitive research, and data analysis and present findings
- Help engineers and designers deeply understand user needs to inform product decisions
- Write detailed specifications for feature evolution
- Set vision, strategy, and roadmap for owned products
- Craft messaging around upcoming features that resonates with users
- Enable sales and marketing teams to communicate effectively with customers
- Work on financial services (payment & financing), integrations with accounting software, and workflow automations
- Report to Jean-Malo and shape strategic product direction to drive company growth
Requirements
- Natural curiosity and excitement about the end-user and the jobs they do
- Demonstrable taste and care about product quality
- Excellent writing and synthesizing skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to build a thesis for prioritization combining principled thinking, research, and data
- Strong business sense; understanding of product and GTM collaboration and monetization
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry
- Keen interest in payment/financing/accounting
- Familiarity with discovery and delivery tools: ProductBoard, Fullstory, Sisense, Mixpanel, Gong, Notion, Jira
