Key responsibilities & impact

You identify suitable candidates via online platforms, networks, internal databases, or by phone
You proactively approach promising profiles, spark interest, and attract talent for an initial conversation
You analyze CVs and profiles, assess professional and personal fit, and make a well-founded pre-selection
You conduct structured initial interviews to clarify motivation, qualifications, and framework conditions
You coordinate appointments with candidates and the consultant team and ensure a smooth process
You prepare clear, informative candidate dossiers that provide decision-making support

Requirements
