About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create compelling email nurture streams in HubSpot for different users at different stages—from sign-up and trial phase to first payment and deeper deployments
  • Pick up key behavioral signals coming from our customers, mapping out exactly who our users are, where they come from, and how they interact with our platform
  • Optimize our end-to-end PLG, applying a "land and expand" model to turn basic accounts into highly engaged users of high-margin services like Managed Databases or Kubernetes
  • Partner closely with our data and Customer Experience (CX) teams to identify growth triggers and build product flows based on those actions
  • Implement these flows and strategies directly, with your success being measured by a clear, core metric: How effectively have our customers grown?

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM management (we use HubSpot)
  • Experience in tracking and interpreting product data and user behavior to inform marketing decisions
  • Track record working within B2B SaaS with a strong understanding of Product-Led Growth
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience working with BigQuery, SQL, or databases (not a must but certainly a plus)
  • Experience building dashboards (we use Google Data Studio / Looker Studio) (not a must but certainly a plus)
  • Familiarity with tools like Matomo or Google Analytics (not a must but certainly a plus)
