About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You create creatives for social media channels (static assets and videos) for some of the most exciting brands on the market.
- Contribute creative ideas to elevate our social media ads to the next level.
- Analyze the performance of our videos and collaborate closely with our performance marketing team to achieve optimal results.
- Bring our videos to life with professional overlays and engaging animations, including calls-to-action and endcards.
- Research current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for video editing and marketing
- Experience editing videos for social ads (optional: a degree or comparable training in media design, marketing, or similar) — skills matter more than your degree
- Agency experience in e-commerce
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro
- Experience with After Effects is a plus
- Strong eye for detail and aesthetics in visuals, sound, and music selection
- Ability to combine creative cutting with direct-response marketing
- Independent, structured, and conscientious working style
- Very good German and good English, both spoken and written.
