About the role
- Editing & post-production of performance video ads (UGC, founder videos, voiceovers, B-roll)
- Executing creative briefings (hooks, angles, CTAs, pacing)
- Adapting & iterating existing creatives (testing, variants, scaling)
- Adding text overlays, subtitles, and pattern interrupts
- Close collaboration with creative strategists and graphic design
- Organized archiving and handover of creatives according to internal standards
Requirements
- Experience editing videos for social media and ads
- Proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of performance ads (hooks, retention, scroll-stoppers)
- Strong sense of pacing, narrative flow, and visual clarity
- Ability to implement feedback quickly
- Independent, structured working style
- Nice to have (not required): experience with UGC ads
- Understanding of Meta ads / e-commerce
- Motion basics (text overlays, simple animations)
