About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce high-quality visual assets, including animations and diagrams, aligned with the animation style guide and multimedia learning principles
Fix issues on live courses where required
Collaborate with Subject Leads and Content Developers to create engaging and accurate multimedia lessons
Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines
Participate in feedback loops and improve composition and team working skills
Support other content developers while ensuring technical accuracy
Contribute to quiz content and ensure it is accurate, high quality and aligned with item-design guidelines
Create diagrams with graphic creation tools for quizzes
Review and edit lesson scripts for technical accuracy and clarity
Use generative AI tools where appropriate to support content-development workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong subject knowledge in maths
Ability to quickly learn new tools, software and production workflows
Clear and accurate written communication
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
Fluency in one or more sciences up to A-Level (preferred)
Experience creating multimedia content (preferred)
Experience teaching or tutoring maths (preferred)
Some programming experience (preferred)
Experience using generative AI tools (preferred)
No prior illustration or animation experience required; tools and training will be provided
