About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Partners Sales Manager on strategy definition and execution
  • Monitor and achieve defined KPIs
  • Manage all operational activities in the main system: block MIDs, provide back-office information to the team
  • Ongoing maintenance and continuous update of the merchant network data
  • Regular checks of uninvoiced transactions for any missing MID/BIDs from merchants
  • Process manual invoicing for uninvoiced transactions
  • Maintain a persistent and results-driven approach in all tasks
  • Ensure high levels of service quality and responsiveness to client needs
  • Work regularly with the Partners Sales Manager to deliver on KPIs within set timeframes
  • Support company efforts to optimize ways of working and act as a role model
  • Collaborate effectively with peers across the organization
  • Embrace the 'One Team' spirit across all Up Hellas departments
  • Follow team directions and adapt as business needs evolve
  • Support new initiatives within the area of responsibility
  • Act according to company instructions in emergency or exceptional situations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree (Bachelor's)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Network, Customer Experience or Sales department (team management not required)
  • Greek – Fluent (written & spoken). English or any additional language will be considered a plus
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); good knowledge of market and business trends; communication & negotiation skills are a plus
