HR Administrator
Up HellasHR Administrator responsible for maintaining employee records and managing benefits administration at Up. Supporting the full employee lifecycle and handling HR-related communications in a hybrid work environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems
- Keep personnel files up to date and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Support the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding new joiners to managing offboarding processes smoothly
- Handle leave management, sick day tracking, and related employee requests in a timely manner
- Prepare and organize payroll input files
- Manage employee benefits administration, including transit card top-ups and benefit card top-ups
- Issue employment certificates and other official HR documents as needed
- Conduct first-round screening calls and assist in the full recruitment cycle for standard positions
- Monitor employee compliance with the digital card
- Assist in the performance review cycles (twice a year) – monitor the progress and assist in appraisals when needed
- Generate people analytics reports when needed and prepare HR presentations
- Data entry and segmentation in HR projects as needed
- Internal communication – you communicate clearly to all employees HR-related topics
- Assist in internal events organizing
- Assist in Employer Branding events & conferences through participation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry level position
- Candidates with up to 2–3 years of experience in an HR Admin, HR Operations, or similar role will be considered a plus
- BSc in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Very good knowledge of English – both written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills - you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Detail-oriented mindset; you treat data accuracy as non-negotiable
- Comfortable working with HR systems and tools (ATS, HRIS), and quick to adapt to new ones
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive or confidential information
- A proactive, can-do attitude - you spot what needs to be done and you do it
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
