System Administrator

• Create or update SOP’s and documentation for system processes
• Perform onboarding / offboarding of user accounts
• Manage permissions and access controls across SaaS applications
• Work in tandem with a co-managed service provider to ensure help desk requests are being resolved in a timely manner and serve as T2/T3 support
• Work cross-functionally with accounting, sales, operations, and facilities to identify needs or fix problems with technology and support projects
• Collaborate with external vendors on projects
• Monitor API programs for errors, perform basic troubleshooting and elevating to developer vendors as needed
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and security
