About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze information extracted from various sources (ERP systems, databases, spreadsheets, etc.) to create and prepare reports.
Perform financial and performance analyses, including forecasts, budgets, PDD (provision for doubtful debts), bank and operational expenses.
Build, monitor and refine KPIs and analytical models to support executive strategic decision-making.
Develop advanced executive dashboards in Power BI for business monitoring.
Manipulate and prepare datasets using Python, creating automations, statistical models and advanced analyses.
Produce studies, presentations and executive dashboards with clear, business-oriented insights.
Analyze results and propose improvements to processes, costs, commercial and operational performance.
Work in an investigative, data-driven manner, ensuring data quality, analytical accuracy and clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Technology, Database Management or related fields.
Solid experience in FP&A, performance metrics, planning, business analytics or related areas.
Proven expertise in strategy development, and in preparing forecast and budget projections for PDD (provision for doubtful debts), bank and operational expenses.
Experience in results, performance and cost analysis.
Proficiency with MS Office, specifically advanced Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, modeling and automations).
Knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, creating executive dashboards).
Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation, extraction and preparation.
Knowledge of Python for analyses, automation, statistical modeling or data processing.
Experience preparing presentations, studies and executive dashboards to support decision-making.
