About the role

  • Receive, verify and record service and materials invoices in the ERP system.
  • Monitor the contract lifecycle, including drafting, collecting signatures, tracking terms, processing renewals and closures.
  • Liaise with suppliers to collect documents and ensure compliance with contractual clauses.
  • Update internal controls with contractual information and data.
  • Monitor the area's budget execution, report variances and suggest corrective actions.
  • Support the preparation of forecasts and financial analyses.
  • Assist in consolidating data for presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience with invoices, contracts and financial routines.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and Excel.
