About the role

  • Support the maintenance and development of the organization’s Privacy Program;
  • Conduct mapping interviews with business areas to collect and update the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA);
  • Assist in preparing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs);
  • Identify, monitor, and help assess privacy-related risks and non-compliances in processes and products, suggesting mitigation measures;
  • Assist in responding to data subject requests and in monitoring compliance indicators;
  • Contribute to the review and update of policies, standards and procedures related to data protection and privacy;
  • Support the development and delivery of training, awareness campaigns, and educational materials on data protection;
  • Monitor internal projects, ensuring the application of privacy by design and privacy by default principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Information Security, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of the LGPD, GDPR, and principles of information governance and security;
  • Privacy certifications (EXIN, IAPP, or similar) are a plus;
  • Familiarity with privacy management practices, methodologies, and tools.
