DevOps Engineer

• Support the maintenance, improvement and monitoring of web service infrastructure;
• Collaborate on process automation using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform or similar;
• Assist with deployments and CI/CD pipelines, contributing to safer and faster releases;
• Monitor systems and services with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix or equivalents;
• Participate in incident analysis and support the implementation of preventive solutions;
• Contribute to improvements in application reliability, scalability and performance;
• Support technical documentation and the continuous improvement of operational processes;
• Work closely with development and product teams to ensure performance and high availability.
