About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Greet and help patients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent (required)
  • One(1) year healthcare experience (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must understand and be able to perform professional phone etiquette
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Must be proficient with basic computer skills
