About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team responsible for the design and execution of information management, reporting, and legal technology initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and Law Department effectiveness.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and advanced analytics use cases, including document processing, knowledge management, workflow automation, and data insights.
Partner with Legal, IT, Operations, and business stakeholders to understand challenges and implement technology-enabled solutions.
Support the development and execution of the Law Technology roadmap.
Lead deployment and optimization of information management platforms such as document management systems, enterprise search, reporting, and collaboration tools.
Evaluate emerging technologies and drive cross-functional project execution.
Develop business cases and ROI analyses for Law Department technology investments.
Drive change management, including communication, training, and adoption initiatives within the Law Department.
Build strong partnerships across multiple stakeholders and serve as a liaison between Law Department and IT teams.
Prepare executive-level materials and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS or BA degree in related field required or significant, relevant work experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with AI-enabled tools and enterprise platforms
Strong people management experience
Effective change management experience excelling in communication, stakeholder management skills
Superior analytical skills and ability to apply those skills to provide creative, resourceful recommendations to complex business needs
Experience with corporate law department or law firm technology systems preferred
Exceptional ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence various business partners and senior leaders in order drive adoption of change
Experience with business intelligence and analytics programs that deliver actionable insights for business leaders.
