About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leverage expertise in instructional design, content development, and writing to create engaging digital learning experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Learning and Customer Operations partners to design and deliver effective digital curriculums.
- Design and develop instructional content including storyboarding, learning materials, etc.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner requirements to create tailored learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Consult with stakeholders to offer expert advice on instructional design and solutions.
- Utilize various instructional design models and methodologies to create effective learning solutions.
- Manage projects efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learner competency and the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Continuously improve and update existing learning content based on feedback and performance data.
- Responsible for facilitating in-person training for employees at all levels, as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field preferred or equivalent relevant business experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years (combined) business functional experience.
- Demonstrated skill/competence in instructional design and development.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, content development, continuous improvement, and knowledge management.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable facilitating meetings, review sessions, and providing status updates to business partners.
- Strong consultation/negotiation skills with the ability to form strong relationships to influence and guide stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment.
