About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide the development of the digital growth marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, nurture and return on investment KPIs
- Planning of digital marketing strategies inclusive or web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, webinars, and display advertising
- Works with internal stakeholders to develop strategy on all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Recommends opportunities for A/B testing to continually optimize campaigns and tactics across various media, creative, and marketing assets
- Coaches cross-functional teams on best practices for digital marketing tactics (emails, landing pages, forms, ads, etc.)
- Manage relationships with outside vendors and agency partners
- Provide input for turning digital leads into opportunities, defining the lead journey, email nurture campaigns and setting the right parameters to optimize the conversion rate
- Monitor the latest technology and digital marketing trends and serve as a subject matter expert for Digital Marketing activities, identifying and applying best practices in digital marketing
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, business analysts, and developers to identify and solve business needs
- May perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-year college degree required with at least 5 years of Marketing experience with an emphasis on funnel reporting and analytics, and lead generation processes
- A high degree of initiative, creativity and problem-solving skills will be expected
- Ability to turn data into actions
- Ability to quickly combine diverse datasets to build clear, concise reports
- Strong understanding of media, marketing-sales funnel metrics, and how they can be analyzed
- Experience in managing reporting/metrics collection and analysis in relevant systems
- 2-3 years of Google Analytics preferred (or Google Analytics certified)
- Google AdWords Certified or Bing Ads Accredited Professional preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working with Google Tag Manager
- Experience working in business intelligence platforms a plus (Qlikview, Tableau, Domo, etc.)
- Knowledge and/or experience of SQL a plus
- Proficient in Salesforce and Marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Sitecore a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and manage cross functional teams
