About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead earned premium analysis, variance to plan, and support premium planning
  • Maintain and enhance Anaplan premium planning model
  • Support budgeting, expense planning, and expense analysis
  • Reconcile and balance accounts related to specific financial area
  • Make appropriate recommendations for efficiencies
  • Maintain integrity of data in various systems
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations
  • Conduct special studies and lead projects
  • Partner effectively with business management
  • Communicate issues identified and recommend resolutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
  • CPA, CMA, or CFA certification preferred
  • Three to six years comparable work experience
  • Strong understanding of the components of multiple financial statements
  • Experience navigating change positively
  • Mastered solid customer service skills
  • Highly motivated individual able to take independent actions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills
  • General ledger systems and reporting tools experience preferred
  • SQL, Alteryx, and Anaplan model building experience preferred
  • Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
