Key responsibilities & impact

Lead earned premium analysis, variance to plan, and support premium planning
Maintain and enhance Anaplan premium planning model
Support budgeting, expense planning, and expense analysis
Reconcile and balance accounts related to specific financial area
Make appropriate recommendations for efficiencies
Maintain integrity of data in various systems
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations
Conduct special studies and lead projects
Partner effectively with business management
Communicate issues identified and recommend resolutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
CPA, CMA, or CFA certification preferred
Three to six years comparable work experience
Strong understanding of the components of multiple financial statements
Experience navigating change positively
Mastered solid customer service skills
Highly motivated individual able to take independent actions
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills
General ledger systems and reporting tools experience preferred
SQL, Alteryx, and Anaplan model building experience preferred
Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
