• Collaborating with Clients and Directors to create high-quality work.
• Effectively managing expectations internally and client side.
• Providing on-set supervision and assisting the Director.
• Mentoring artists through a project and beyond.
• Attending industry events and public speaking as an ambassador for Untold Studios.

• Offer and contract process coordination
• Onboarding paperwork and People handovers
• Budget tracker administration
• Weekly reporting and KPI dashboards
• Recruitment meeting packs and action tracking
• Preparing and distributing job postings and other recruitment materials
• Responding to candidate inquiries and providing updates on the hiring process
• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
• Help to manage our Outreach programme with educational institutes, various advertising and entertainment trade and industry events.
