About the role

  • Manage ongoing fixed asset accounting for multiple entities in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), tax law and IFRS
  • Review capitalization eligibility of investments and support investment projects
  • Perform monthly and annual closing tasks and record results of fixed asset inventories in the financial statements
  • Support technical departments and the Shared Service Center with account coding and postings
  • Participate in group-wide projects and process optimization initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on accounting or at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting
  • Solid knowledge of the SAP modules FI and FI-AA
  • Experience with SAP Ariba is an advantage
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Analytical, structured team player
