About the role
- Support in the reduction of energy & water consumption by 3% per volume of milk
- Assist the Compliance Manager to progress the facilities infrastructure and procedures
- Improve the maintenance of utilities through working methods, redesign and elimination of hazards
- Share knowledge / coaching and act on behalf of the Compliance Manager when they are off site
- Liaise with Group functions to drive forward improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Hands on experience with utilities equipment such as Steam generation / Air Compressors / Electricity Generation / Water / Effluent / Ammonia Refrigeration
- Project management skills
- Ability to analyse data to identify opportunities
- Experience with minor and major capex processes
