About the role
- Manage and develop the Koblenz/Trier sales territory in food retail.
- Provide personal support to retailers to promote sales.
- Ensure optimal distribution and professional shelf implementation.
- Take responsibility for achieving the agreed sales KPIs.
- Execute promotions and coordinate campaigns and secondary placements.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training.
- At least two years of experience in food retail or field sales.
- Solid knowledge of the food retail sector.
- FMCG experience and business/economic knowledge are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively and a valid driving license.
- Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (primarily in German, occasionally in English).
- Confident user of CRM systems.
