About the role
- Independent management and development of the Koblenz / Trier sales territory in the food retail sector.
- Personal account management of retailers to drive sales, including distribution and shelf placement implementation.
- Responsible for achieving agreed sales KPIs within the territory.
- Execution of promotions, campaign coordination and secondary placements.
- Documentation of all sales activities and regular travel (approx. 5 days/week).
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and at least 2 years of experience in food retail (LEH) or field sales.
- Solid knowledge of food retail; FMCG and business/financial knowledge are advantageous.
- High willingness to travel, driving license, strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Confident use of CRM systems desirable; German and English spoken and written.
