About the role

  • Accounting oversight for a defined portfolio of production and trading companies
  • General commercial and accounting operations
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with internal guidelines and international accounting standards (IFRS)
  • Preparation of realistic balance sheet forecasts/plans for the managed entities
  • Timely reporting to various authorities
  • Point of contact for business units and external auditors during the annual audit
  • Support in optimizing existing processes and designing new processes within the Shared Service Center

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent
  • Professional experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of GoB, commercial and tax law (IFRS desirable)
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP FI
  • High level of assertiveness, strong communication skills, conscientiousness, and initiative
  • Good command of English
