About the role
- Analyse business needs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and fault diagnosis at a technical level.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Support agile methodologies and create project documentation (e.g., WRICEF).
- Collaborate with project leads and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Configure systems, create and execute test plans, and validate solutions.
- Provide hands-on application support and user training.
- Create knowledge articles and How-To guides.
- Act as a solution architect and/or application owner, managing the full lifecycle of applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years in business/system analysis, IT systems design, and project management.
- Strong proficiency in M365, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
- Skilled in ITIL, data analysis tools, and business process modelling.
- English (required); German (beneficial).
- Full driving license.
- Willingness to travel and provide support outside normal business hours if required.
