About the role

  • Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping video ads for D2C e-commerce brands
  • Edit and optimize UGC ads, image ads, and VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
  • Motion design in After Effects — dynamic text animations, polished product visuals, and higher conversions
  • Create dramatic hooks within the first 2 seconds (yes, we track this)
  • Contribute creative concepts — more than just hitting publish
  • Collaborate with our team of strategists, creators, and coffee enthusiasts
  • Export videos so they look great on every screen (even the old company tablet...)

Requirements

  • Experience in video editing for D2C e-commerce
  • Confident working with UGC ads, image ads, and VSL editing
  • Strong knowledge of After Effects
  • Motion-design instincts for timing, storytelling, and understanding “why does this ad suddenly work?”
  • You love performance marketing at least as much as clean keyframes
  • Independent working style with team-player vibes
  • Bonus points for a sense of humor, meme-savviness, and the ability to take feedback in stride 😉
