Supply Chain

• Lead the evolution of the S&OP process from a demand-focused review to a fully integrated forum inclusive of Supply Review and Executive Consensus, ensuring cross-functional alignment on risks, trade-offs, and business priorities
• Evolve the fulfillment and logistics network to support the company’s growth, identifying and executing opportunities for optimization, scalability, and improved service and cost performance
• Own relationships with co-manufacturers, ensuring alignment with forecasts and service expectations, and proactively identifying and mitigating capacity or supply constraints
• Partner cross-functionally across Operations, Commercial, and Finance to support innovation planning and commercialization, from co-manufacturer identification and onboarding through steady-state production
• Drive day-to-day operational performance against key KPIs, including fulfillment accuracy, inventory health, inventory levels, and OTIF across both co-manufacturers and customers
• Identify, implement, and scale technology and systems to improve forecast accuracy, planning effectiveness, and overall supply chain visibility
• Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights and recommendations that reduce complexity and improve network efficiency, including packout optimization and network design

Director, Supply Chain Operations

Sales

• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the Southwest region to achieve company sales goals, objectives, and gain new points of distribution
• Own sales targets across assigned accounts, including introducing new products, planning account strategies, and executing portfolio initiatives
• Directly manage, mentor, and develop an Area Sales Manager to elevate field sales execution across the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, brokers, distributors, and category managers to drive consistent execution and growth
• Collaborate with individuals across Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Strategy & Planning, and Operations
• Execute annual business plans and track to achieve or exceed net sales targets
• Develop regional promotional budgets and activities by distributor or account, setting sales and spend goals for assigned distributors and/or broker partners
• Manage administrative projects, including sales forecasting, trade planning, verification of deductions, and data analysis
• Create and execute creative and effective merchandising programs for top accounts
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new retailers and markets
• Analyze distributor reports and sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and risks, leveraging insights to support a compelling sales narrative
• Partner with the Commercial team to identify and build selling stories tailored to specific customer needs

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
• Utilize designated field tools (e.g., Repsly) during store visits to document activities and ensure consistency
• Collaborate with the broader Unreal team to make recommendations for proper and effective merchandising solutions, including shelf placements, rack, displays, POS placements, and necessary collateral
• Represent Unreal at food shows, distributor and foodservice events, and other industry gatherings, including executing demos to drive sales and new placements

Regional Sales Manager

Procurement

• Develop, advocate, and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities to achieve short and long-term objectives, working closely with related internal stakeholders
• Provide market analysis for category supply and demand dynamics in order to have a thorough category knowledge and the impact to Unreal
• Manage relationships with suppliers, including performance management, opportunity/risk identification, and proposed next steps
• Lead strategic sourcing efforts to establish an alternate supplier portfolio that will ensure supply contingency plans are in place and prevent supply interruptions
• Translate Unreal growth plans, evaluating if needs can be fulfilled from current supply network or where supplier diversity is required
• Develop and implement procurement projects to deliver added value, new ingredient opportunities, cost savings, and quality improvements
• Perform internal monthly reviews of usage vs. forecast, supplier performance, costs, and quality to identify risks and opportunities and propose next steps
• Reduce complexity in the supply chain by supporting the onboarding and use of blanket suppliers across the co-manufacturer network
• Support innovation through the sourcing, selection, negotiation, and onboarding of new suppliers, while balancing quality, safety, agility, and cost

• Manage all inventory accounting processes, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, reserves, and obsolescence
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions in the general ledger by partnering with operations and supply chain teams
• Oversee physical inventory counts and cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze inventory variances and trends, and clearly communicate findings to management
• Maintain and improve internal controls related to inventory
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes related to inventory and COGS
• Prepare inventory-related journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement disclosures
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to understand inventory drivers
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory planning
• Lead annual financial and bank audits for Inventory and COGS, providing documentation and explanations as needed across other areas.
