About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create visual assets for newsletters and CRM communications, with a focus on brand consistency and performance;
- Develop materials for franchisees, ensuring the brand is adapted for local contexts without losing visual coherence;
- Work on UX/UI for landing pages, creating prototypes and contributing to more intuitive, conversion-oriented experiences;
- Develop Key Visuals and creative rollouts for campaigns, launches and the brand’s communication cycles;
- Produce assets for performance media, balancing creative excellence with a results-oriented approach;
- Support the creation of event scenography and the development of giveaways and other branded materials for activations;
- Participate in creative rituals, brainstorms and team exchanges, contributing to the expansion of the team’s creative repertoire and the area’s creative quality;
- Serve as a reference within the design team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, art direction or digital design, working with brands, agencies or in-house teams;
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and familiarity with prototyping and UX/UI;
- Strong background in campaign creation, development of Key Visuals and adaptation of assets across different channels;
- Experience producing assets for performance and a basic understanding of conversion-driven design;
- Knowledge of visual identity, branding and building consistent visual systems;
- Experience creating for digital channels (CRM, social, landing pages, paid media); experience with offline materials is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of scenography, print materials and event production will be considered a plus;
- Ability to move between conceptual thinking and execution with attention to detail;
- Collaborative, organized profile, with a keen aesthetic sense and openness to creative exchange;
- Portfolio that demonstrates visual consistency, range and strategic thinking applied to design.
- **Differentials**
- Motion design and familiarity with After Effects or similar tools;
- Experience with education brands, info products or growth/brandformance environments;
- Agency experience is a plus.
