The Paid Performance Media Manager ensures successful digital campaign strategy, development, execution, and management. The role requires junior employee mentorship, adherence to benchmarks and maintaining of technical skills. It also requires the ability to plan digital campaign strategy for new and existing service lines for active clients.
Work closely with Digital Specialists to build out and implement campaigns
Manage day-to-day campaign operations and provide real-time information and status updates to Client Lead and larger team
Collaborate with the Implementation team on call tracking, conversion pixel installation and troubleshooting
Launch campaigns on time with accuracy
Monitor campaign performance and proactively address any issues impacting performance
Cover for colleagues during absences or whenever necessary
Deliver accurate and timely performance reports to be shared with clients
Attend monthly reporting calls, collaborating with the Client Lead, Strategy team and Pod Director as necessary on providing insights and recommendations for improved performance
Review data trends, adjust reports as needed and optimize campaigns accordingly
Maintain certifications and stay up to date on industry changes
Meet or exceed documented performance goals
Continuously learn and develop technical skills to stay updated on platform changes and iterations
Cross-train in varied paid media offerings - SEM, Social & Programmatic
Be willing to tackle initiatives that fall outside of your day-to-day duties, as necessary, for client success
Requirements
3-5 years of digital marketing experience including SEM, display, YouTube, and social media marketing
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta platforms
Google Ads experience in SEM, Mobile, Video and Display
Experience with Google Ads Editor and Facebook Power Editor
Ability to work independently and remotely once given direction
