Key responsibilities & impact

Support for Study Program Management 10 (German Philology) in examination and teaching planning as well as study administration
Interface work between the program directors and the faculty management; review and preparation of data for curricular development and faculty planning
Continuous data monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree
Knowledge of the university’s organizational structure and processes
Experience with database systems
Excellent IT skills (especially Excel VBA)
Basic programming knowledge (Python) and familiarity with AI
Extensive experience working with data and confident handling of large datasets, particularly data preparation, processing and presentation
Excellent German and English language skills
